Most projects can be quoted based on the approximate time needed to accomplish them. When I receive your project details, I will give you an approximate quote of the amount the project will cost.

I bill in time blocks:

• 1 hour is $75 hr. - 1 hour or less and inside Pearland proper. Also, no trip is required for materials.

• 2 hours is $200

• 4 hours is $360

• 8 hours is $600

$75 for each additional hour past 8 hours.

NOTE: (1) The initial trip fee to the location is included in the price. (It's normally $50)
(2) All prices include the time it takes to go to Home Depot to get parts if needed.

(3) Parts and materials not included in the billing price. They are billed separately.

• Remodels - A multiple-day remodel will be billed at $600 a day.

Unlike other home services companies, I typically do not require upfront money I will purchase the materials with my own money, and at the end of a satisfactory project, you'll be billed for the materials and the time it took to complete the work. (NOTE: On some jobs, we might need upfront money to purchase more expensive materials).

Since I have extensive experience and have been doing handyman work for many years, I work very fast and will complete your project in the shortest time possible without cutting corners!
