How I Charge
Most projects can be quoted based on the approximate time needed to accomplish them. When I receive your project details, I will give you an approximate quote of the amount the project will cost.
I bill in time blocks:
• 1 hour is $75 hr. - 1 hour or less and inside Pearland proper. Also, no trip is required for materials.
• 2 hours is $200
• 4 hours is $360
• 8 hours is $600
$75 for each additional hour past 8 hours.
NOTE: (1) The initial trip fee to the location is included in the price. (It's normally $50)
(2) All prices include the time it takes to go to Home Depot to get parts.
(3) Parts and materials not included in the billing price. They are separate.
• Remodels - A multiple-day remodel will be billed at $600 a day.
Unlike other home services companies, I never require upfront money. I will purchase the materials with my own money, and at the end of a satisfactory project, you'll be billed for the materials and the time it took to complete the work.
Since I have extensive experience and have been doing handyman work for many years, I work very fast and will complete your project in the shortest time possible without cutting corners!
